Great overnight with super staff. We got stuck in major traffic on the way there and they stayed over 30 minutes past close just to make sure that we could find our way into our spot. Wish we had been able to stay longer.
I was traveling alone with my two young children and called ahead to switch my reservation to a deluxe cabin and they were so accommodating! Cabin was clean and spacious and just what I needed after a long drive from PA.
Super nice people, probably the friendliest we've met on our journeys. Nice coffee shop and camp store. We had originally booked the caboose, but we had to switch last minute and they were extremely accommodating.
We have spent the night here numerous times on our way north out of Florida. It is a good days drive from our home.
Facilities are clean and well kept. Restrooms were updated a few years ago. Sites are flat and drainage is good for this part of the world. Roads and sites are gravel/sand.

Nice layout but lots of road noise from I-95 and trains passing by blowing their horns through the night that echoed off the nearby lake / swamp

Highway noise is loud! People are friendly and helpful. Site wasn’t very level so we had to unhook even though we had paid for a pull through site so we wouldn’t have to.

We stayed here for 4 nights and were very pleased with the site. We stayed at a deluxe site with a grill, gas fire pit and deck. It was well-kept and had plenty of amenities. They will even deliver their pizza and wings to your RV. The WiFi worked perfectly, which has been an issue at most other places we've stayed. Cable had plenty of channels. The people working there were friendly and helpful. It was well-located between Savannah and Charleston, so day trips to each were about an hour away. It is close to I-95 which could be noisy at times but it didn't really bother us. Our pooch had a great time too!

Very clean and organized with fantastic staff. We stopped here only overnight but would definitely use it next time in this area. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 starts is because the site wouldn’t allow to open awning.

What a little old school gem of a campground. The sites were well manicured and had lots of trees. The staff was super nice. The amenities are dated, but kept up. And they have beer, wine and pizza. It doesn’t get better for a quick overnight stay. A definite great stop when heading up or down the 95 in this area!

We've stopped here three times over the last year while driving up and down I-95. It isn't too far off of I-95, but not on-top of it either. It can be a little difficult to maneuver a longer rig due to trees (yay for shade), but easily manageable if you take it slow. Bathrooms have always been clean and working. Pool has been open and the kids have had fun. The walking trail near the lake is nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even had a community campfire going on the Friday nights we've been there, which was great because we didn't want to make a fire just for a couple of s'mores for us.
