The Springs Motel

What makes a cheap motel a great motel?  It's difficult to price the motel correctly... if you are from a big city or from the east or west coast, a motel for $59 must be a dump.  If you are from the midwest or suburbia, USA then $59 sounds kinda high (after all, you can get a Super 8 for less than that!).  The point here is that you get a cute little room (about 12' x 14'), filled with amenities in a beautiful country setting and close to our little downtown (about a mile and a half).  My challenge is to get people to stop in and see the place.  Too often these little gems have become run down or worse.  Not here!  It's cheap because I'm comfortable with that concept, I've been in the travel business for about 15 years and since I love a bargain, I love giving a bargain.  If you want a pool, 24 hour desk service, etc.  hmmm... best go someplace else.
