The Crab Creek Conservation Area is located on North Dennis Road in Yarmouthport. The trail wings its way alone the shore of Crab Creek which connects Mill Pond to Follins Pond and eventually Bass River. This land was donated to the town of Yarmouth by John G. Sears, Jr in hopes of establishing open space within the town to be enjoyed by its inhabitants and guests.
This area has long been a favorite of crabbing enthusiast with its abundance of blue crabs. This is also a great fishing spot with a few reports of legal striped bass.
