With few campgrounds in CT we thought we were going to be SOL. At the last minute we got a reservation at this slightly off the beaten track gem.
The owner is sweet. The sites are large and well maintained and level! Fire pit is awesome.. Picturesque lake for fishing and swimming. Wished we could have stayed more then one night. Restrooms are older but very clean.

Well maintained tent camping and RV sites. Lake access at this site is more like a pond. Small area for swimming. Lots of people fishing. Boat ramp. Tent spots on water front are not shaded but across road are very shaded and spacious. Bathrooms clean but you have to pay for showers. Would definitely stay here again.
