We arrived a little early so we had to wait for our spot to become available. Check-out is 2pm and we saw many campers take advantage of the late checkout time, so you might want to keep that in mind when planning your arrival.
Woodland Campground is your basic RV Park that has full hookup gravel sites with tight spacing and no privacy. Some sites have shade trees but the longer pull-thru sites are sunny. They have a very nice fishing pond and play area next to the water. Propane fill near the dog run was quick and easy, 30lb/7gallon tank was $25. This was a convenient stop for us as we passed through Pennsylvania. Rate reflects Good Sam discount.

Wee were on our way to South Dakota to establish residency and this was our first stop in becoming full timers. Picked it because it was a Good Sam recommendation. Easy to get to off Hwy. Lot was a gravel pull through. Wouldn't have needed to level the front if I had backed up a couple feet. Lots were close but our neighbors were very pleasant and we talked for a good while. Small lake was pretty and had a small trail going around it. Staff was very nice and bathrooms were clean.

Easy distance from I80. Level, gravel, full hook-up sites. They have a nice nature trail that circles the campground and lake area. Propane and fire wood for sale on site. Owners were so gracious to us when we had to change our schedule (twice). Sites are large and campground was peaceful even over the weekend. I would stay again and recommended this to my camper friends.

Woodland campground in Woodland, Pennsylvania is a friendly family-owned campground. The grounds are a beautiful park-like setting with a lake and trails. They have canoes available to explore the lake and a large play area for the kids. The sights are spacious and can accommodate large rigs. There are back-in and pull-thru sites with FHU 30/50 amp. They also have a small store on site. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone traveling in this area. Safe travels everyone! 😊💗

We arrived to Woodland Campground after a grueling six hour trek on interstate 80. The campground was so convenient to find and we quickly settled in. The owner was extremely helpful, friendly. The campground is very clean and safe. Highly recommended!

Easy to find off I-80, pleasant grounds and helpful owners/staff. Our site was a premium site at the top of the park, really nice with a tiled patio and a shaded picnic table. Laundromat with 3 washers and 3 dryers right next to the office. $2.50/wash and $2.50/dry.
We were close to the Susquehanna Greenway trails so took advantage of that, and had some good BBQ at Gio's BBQ in Woodland. It's located in a gas station, but don't let that fool you. Lots of good seating inside.
My only complaint, and it's a small one, was that the water pressure wasn't great—but I'm going to guess that's because we were up the hill a bit.

Booking Woodland Campground has been a positive experience all around! We definitely would go back in the future if our travels lead us this way!
The owners made us feel welcome and provided us with information about the area - shopping - good restaurants- places to get fuel and local attractions.
They keep the campground clean and have something there for all ages!
