Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on June 24, 2022This was our base for touring Niagara Falls. This park was adequate and gave us full hook-ups in a safe location for visiting the area and we really enjoyed being on Lake Ontario. We loved touring Niagara Falls, but the surrounding area is quiet ghetto. Our first preference was the 4 mile creek state park, however they were booked. Compared to our other options, this was a good fit. More reasonable than other places regarding price. This park is mostly seasonal guests...however it worked for our needs just fine. The laundry and bathrooms did not appear very clean, but we did not use either. Note, they only accept cash or check. There are no stores or ATM's in the immediate area, so you will need to plan ahead with cash. This park is about 30 minutes from the falls.

We stayed here so we could visit Niagara Falls, it is about 20 - 30 mins away. This is a clean well run campground. Sites are a good size. We have a 34' travel trailer that we parked without a problem. This campground is right on Lake Ontario and on a clear day can see Canada. There is a lot of open space and has a relaxed atmosphere.
It has very few amenities, but it does have wifi included which was useable. Bathrooms were clean and laundry was good. It also has a small playground for kids.
The sunsets are amazing and the lake is beautiful. It is close to Niagara Falls and Niagara Power Company Museum, Fort Niagara, a State Park which you can bike to and has lake access, and Lockport part of the Erie Canal.
It is good campground. It is cash only so bring cash with you there are very few banks or options to pick up cash very close.

Like others, we used this as base to tour Niagara Falls. The owners were super nice, bathrooms and laundry were clean, and the campground was really nice and right on the lake.

Stayed here on route to Maine. Nice and close to the falls state park, and right on the water; both features are what make this a nice stay. Course gravel site was relatively level, and all of the utilities worked as expected. Predominantly permanent/semi-permanent dwellers. I did not see many people out and about considering how many rigs were there. Beautiful views from the grass field and gazebo. Rained like a son of a gun one day, but that did not stop us from heading to the falls (30 mile drive).

If you like the feeling of staying in a trailer park with your RV then this is your place. Most of the sites are monopolized by people who live there permanently or live in town yet maintain a RV space. The sites were average and except for its proximity to Lake Ontario, it was really only worth 30-40$ a night with mosquito invested bathroom/showers to no cell service for the location and absolutely the worst WiFi signal yet. Should you stay here? Only if you can’t find something closer to Niagara Falls. Oh I forgot to mention that one of the permanent rv residents was mowing with his own lawn mower around his site at 8am in the morning - priceless! You can’t make this up.

You can’t beat the view from this campground as it sit prominently on Lake Ontario. The sunsets and view of Toronto are beautiful. My kids also loved renting a golf cart that they could drive around. The campground is largely made up of seasonal rentals, so the feel here is dramatically different than that of other campgrounds. It also appears that they have made some renovations—there was a pretty stone community fire pit and what seemed to be a newer bath house. If you decide to stay here, I would recommend making sure you get a site with a clear view of the lake. We were initially given a site with a view of the road—terrible. After some persistence, we were able to move sites. There is a pool on the map, but didn’t see that anywhere—maybe that’s an anticipated reno. It was a fine one-night stay over.
