“A Wellsville Tradition”
The Beef Haus, a Wellsville tradition, is known for an informal atmosphere, distinguished food, and fine service. Our bill of fare fits all appetites. Guests may enjoy a full dinner, a quick lunch, or a delightful dessert. Lunches and dinners are also available "to go". Our staff caters dinners inside or outside the restaurant. Beef is our renowned feature. Our high quality beef comes through selective seasoning, a slow roasting process in our special ovens, and expert carving. Approximately 500 pounds are served weekly. Our famous "Beef On Weck" is carved to individual preference - be it well done, medium, or rare. Traditional kümmelweck rolls are baked fresh daily. Zesty horseradish prepared by Old Timers completes this house specialty. Your Hosts: Bob Insley and Deb Insley
