Seems more like an RV park than a resort. Mostly long term residents here, generally newer rigs but there are a couple that were run down and several have a lot of stuff in the yard. Most long term residents were friendly. One long term family (kids and Dad) walked through occupied sites several times. They stopped going through ours when we asked but just walked through other sites. There is a small pool and a clubhouse but they are in a different area, away from the sites. There is no office, it’s all contactless.
Traffic noise is significant, this park is located at a major intersection with a lot of truck traffic. We were able to sleep using fan and a noise machine. Sites are arranged in two sections in a large field. There is no shade for most sites. We did not think nightly and weekly rates were a great value but monthly seems reasonable.
Sites are large, plenty long enough for any rig. There was no patio, picnic table or fire ring in our site. The area between sites is grass and a decent width. The sites are recycled asphalt which is about as wide as the rig. Most of the roads are also recycled asphalt and are easily navigable by big rigs. Each lot has its own trash can. There is a laundry with 1 washer and 1 dryer. There was no bath house while we were there though we heard one is planned. There is no playground or anything for kids. Washing your rig is allowed, no extra charge.
Camp host and her husband stopped by to greet us, they were very nice and helpful. They picked up trash every morning and we noticed they stopped and checked in with folks often.
Utilities are new and work well. Water pressure was ok, power was good. Sewer was a little high but serviceable. Verizon and AT&T were both fast enough for streaming. WiFi is provided, we didn’t use it but checked and it seemed fast enough for streaming also.
Tips: There really isn’t much to do in this area as far as attractions or recreation. Plan on a 20 minute ride for groceries, pharmacies etc.

FHU, pull through, level sites, big rig friendly, easy in and out.
We really liked this park. Great camp hosts and owners. Park is clean, lots of green space, ponds, dog park and pool that was actually open! Club house for events was excellent. Laundry and garbage pick up at your site.
It is right beside a highway intersection so there is some road noise. If you are a light sleeper it might be an issue for you. I didn’t have any issues with it.
We will definitely stay here again.

This campground has spacious sites, our corner site had a large grassy area for our two dogs. Laundry room, now with two washer/dryer units, within walking distance. Clubhouse just on the opposite side of the park for events, with a large pool & lake as well. Trash can & daily pick-up right at your site. Fire ring not present upon arrival, however the owner/manager brought us one upon request. Local attractions within 20-60 minutes away. This place has mostly long term campers/travelers. The busy intersection would make me rate this place on the "noisy side", however with a fan &/or noise machine we were able to sleep with no issues.
With that said, this review will not do it justice just how nice the other campers are at this place! From the Hosts, Chris & Heike, the owners/managers, Lee & Roger, to the other long-termers we met. We highly recommend this place for everyone from full timers to those wanting to explore the Southeast Georgia area.

Campground nice and clean. Rate was $50 without discount. Large gravel site fairly level. Close to highway so some noise from trucks. Clubhouse, showers, and bathrooms a long walk from campsites so did not review. Lauren was friendly and helpful. WiFi worked but no cable tv. Was ok for one night. Would not stay long term unless we had family in Waycross
