Callaway Plantation is a historic site just outside Washington, Ga. It is open Tues. through Sat. 10-5 for tours through several houses. Step back in time!

The plantation home and surrounding buildings is a wonderful step back in time. Many of the original furnishings and household items have been returned for displaying giving the home so much more rich history. The tour is a must so you can hear and learn the history of the people that walked on the same floors and sat on the settees! We didn't stay at the campground, just toured the grounds and buildings.
