Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on June 07, 2020We’re here for the summer of 2020 as I get ready to retire from the Army. We full time with no kids, but if you have kids there is a ton of things for them to do. Pools, water slides, mini golf and more. The prices are very reasonable for what you get. The seasonal rate is awesome. It’s about $21 a night for a full hook up site from 15 April to 15 October, and you get full access to all the amenities. The only downside is highway noise, and it gets pretty busy on the weekends. We don’t have kids, and for that reason alone we wouldn’t stay again. If we had kids we would no doubt stay again. Great cell service for both Verizon and T-Mobile.

This is a true resort with many water features, recreational activities and themed activities that make it wonderful for children of all ages. Getting the reservation was relatively easy with their online tool. Getting two adjoining sites would require an exorbitant extra fee. Fortunately, we stopped by a few months early and they listed us a “group” so waived the fee and locked in our sites (probably because one was a cabin and the trailer site adjacent was not a desirable one). Trying to connect by phone was nearly impossible. Checking in was easy as it was online with just a brief stop at the office. The front office people are very helpful but most of the rest of the staff are barely competent. None of the sites in the original area were particularly level but they added a large number of sites to the west that are drive through concrete slab (and level). Our site was a nightmare to back into as trees, fences and a very narrow street proved to be obstacles. Furthermore, the site had a sewer at the front and about 50 feet to the water and power in the back. My cable wouldn’t reach so I never tested the cable TV. Antenna reception is 3 PBS stations. AT&T had 3 bars LTE. Every site has a picnic table and grill. The park attracts the young and rowdy so noise, fireworks and littering rules are not enforced. They have a restaurant and store on site that are predictably overpriced. Camp WiFi is by cable so without a cable router you are out of luck. All the negatives aside, this is a great family park due to all the amenities: Waterslides for all ages, lazy river, wave pool (1-2 foot breakers), basketball pool, wading pool, miniature golf, multiple playgrounds, Gaga Ball court, basketball courts, lake with basketball, volleyball and other features and plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for everyone (weekdays anyway).
