July 14th, 2016: info provided by AR DOT & AR Highway Patrol confirms reports from Feb 12 and Jan & Sept 14. Overnight RV Parking is allowed. Rest area is off, parallel to & separated from highway, with entrances at both ends. Park along curb of area closest to US 71. One RVer recommends loop at N end to be the best spot. Do not park on shoulders of entrance or exit driveways, as this is a ticketable offense. Restrooms, vending machines, water spigots.

On E side of US 71, ~ 0.2 mi S of jct with SR 23 (~ 8,1 mi N of N edge of Waldron, AR, or ~ 9.7 mi SE of center of Mansfield, AR), serving traffic from both directions
