Sea Mist Campgrounds is a well maintained ground and just a short stroll to the beach. The old section (north) of the park is closed and being refurbished due to reopen later this year. The park is wide open, no trees or bushes of any kind to protect from the sun and wind. Pads are all concrete and very level. Dogs permitted. Must be on leash. After Labor Day they are permitted on beach anytime on a leash. 60 day maximum length of stay then out for 2 weeks before returning. Weekly cookout on Saturdays. Lower rates are for "off-season".

Friendly staff but we got there early around 845 AM and check in time is 12. They charged me an extra night to check in 3 hours early. The Northside is very open but the Southside is very nice, overall a nice place to hang your hat for a month. There is no monthly rate
