The Children's Museum of History, Natural History & Science dba "Utica Children's Museum" was founded on August 1, 1963 and is housed in a beautiful historic building located in the heart of Utica's downtown Bagg's Square district. The Museum currently offers approximately 60 exhibits and experiences throughout four floors of play space. The Museum was adopted by NASA (National Aeronautic & Space Administration) & DOE OS (US Dept. of Energy's Office of Science).and is in the process of being transformed into a hands-on, interactive destination that will impact more than 100,000 visitors over the next five years.

The time displayed on Yelp is wrong. They close at 4:30 on weekdays in the summer. Calling ahead of time to confirm would behoove you. I hate to say this because this is a locally run museum... Read more
