Champaign County Historical Museum

“The mission of the Champaign County Historical Museum is to discover, collect, preserve, exhibit, study, and interpret objects relating to the history of the County, and to provide educational programs about the County’s heritage and the Museum’s collections.” The Champaign County Historical Society, incorporated under the laws of the State of Ohio, shall be headquartered at the Champaign County Historical Museum, 809 East Lawn Avenue, Urbana, Ohio.  The purpose of the Society is to promote education on the history of Champaign County and administer the collection, preservation and display of artifacts, documents, and other historical resources from all of Champaign County.
