Far busier than I expected for winter! There is WiFi available but I found it too slow to be functional even for basics, however cell service is good so there were no concerns with connectivity. Also has a big, fenced in dog park. A great home base to go exploring!

Coachland no longer books in advance, is moving towards Reserve America for booking and will not allow rigs shorter than 26ft.
No rigs past 10 years old. This I understand and have seen before. Size requirement is confusing as eliminates the entire fleet of Mercedes coaches. They are really restricting availability to reduce demand.
So unless you are longer than 26ft, 10 years or newer and can book a few days last minute you will want to try another park. If you call the office staff will quickly dismiss you by saying not taking reservations for the summer. Was a nice place to stay but it is a private park and they reserve the right to service as desired. So unless you fit the criteria, save yourself some time and aggravation as the staff is not welcoming to speak with.
The sites are very close together and it is expensive, other that that it has all the services you could need. There is a dump station you can use for $15 without camping.
If you don't need hookups Prosser Creek Reservoir is much more scenic, quiet and more private.

We stayed here for 8 days in March to catch the end of ski season at the local resorts. The location was good to get around to Tahoe etc.
The site was a nice big paved pull through site with room to park our 40' rig and our JGC. There was still a lot of snow, but they did a good job keeping the area clear.
We were dry camping as it was cold, so we used the park facilities. They had 2 showers and both were nice, good hot water and lots of pressure.
The park is close to the freeway but we did not hear any noise. The interesting thing is that there are several long term units in the park, and the park is connected to a Mobile Home Park. That really strains the WIFI.
Overall it was a good stay for us in our big rig.

We set-up here for two weeks to access the local ski areas (30 min drive). Site was level and has enough space on one side. Had a neighboring travel trailer pull into site next to us, which gave only two feet on that side; kinda close. Bathrooms and showers are excellent. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

We have a 44ft 5th wheel and we’re worried about pulling in and out easily. The wonderful lady that checked is in changed our site to make it even easier on us. Now that is a lady who knows her RV Park and knows what she is doing. Everyone was so nice definitely will be going back

We stayed one night because the national forests were closed. The sites are close together, but everyone was quiet and the place is very clean. This park gets booked up, so that speaks for itself as far as popularity. You can reserve online and there is a 10% discount for Good Sam or AAA membership. There are full hookups included in the price and showers, laundry, dog areas. Overall if you want to stay near Truckee, Reno or Tahoe this place is great.

First the good: full hook-ups, friendly staff person at check-in, and lots of lovely trees. They were cutting down a bunch of trees when we were there so ask for a shady spot if you go. It feels nice and woodsy. Close to town of Truckee, Tahoe, and other good places to hike and play.
The not so good: they say they have wifi but they really don't. What coverage there is basically amounts to dial-up speed. It was basically useless for just about anything and it didn't really work at our particular site at all. They said it wasn't meant for video meetings and such but I couldn't even check email. The campground is also noisy - tons of nearby road noise from both local roads and I-80. Plus SUPER expensive.
