All in all the park was cute for its age and the staff was extremely helpful. As 34' 5th wheel owners we were just looking for a place to extend our door county experience for the weekend since the state parks were booked. The staff got us a site last minute in one of the open areas and then upgraded us to a more wooded location due to a cancelation. This was greatly appreciated and was much better than the open field areas.
All in all the pool areas were great for kids. The mini golf although old was fun and the kids enjoyed (extra fee). Heck they even had a dance party on Saturday and plenty of activities and a raffle. We even played shuffle board and i (not necessarily the kids) loved it.
Great place for small kids. We're just more of State Park and wooded area people.
Down sides were that even at 11PM I went to use the showers and they were ice cold. It was a busy place so ill get over the dirty floors and showers.
Cell coverage for both Sprint and Total Wireless (Verizon) was okay for calls but data coverage was poor (couldn't even use speed test). Also couldnt really send photos via a text. The wireless at the park was too busy and couldn't be used. If trying to work it may not be a good spot.
