The Hi Neighbor restaurant is one of Strasburg VA’s oldest and most beloved country food restaurants, serving up homemade pies, biscuits and fries.

The hometown feel of the business is very important to us. We have worked hard to improve the quality and the overall experience to the local and travelling public, as well as keep traditional aspects in place.

My current goal is to continue to explore the roots of home town cooking and to bring a fresh, authentic American experience to our customers. As this develops we will be working with local producers to utilize as much local product as possible.
