“One of the ten best drive ins in the country”
The Family Drive-In Theatre opened on June 14, 1956 (56 years ago this year!) The first feature was "A Man Called Peter" -the second feature was: "Woman's World". We are the only drive-in theatre left in Northern Virginia and the nearest drive-in theatre to Washington, DC. We are a scenic drive up I-66 and I-81 from most of the DC area. Come find out why we were recently rated: "ONE OF THE TEN BEST DRIVE-IN THEATRES" IN THE COUNTRY"
