A lot of marijuana smell. No after hours employees so a bit of a free for all. Will look elsewhere for a more peaceful, authentic camping experience next summer. Decent wifi.

My wife and I stayed here a few weeks back for our first anniversary. This was the first weekend that they were open. The staff was very friendly. We brought our pups who had a blast! The staff did ask for their vaccine paperwork. So glad we have a special folder that stays in the camper with all of their info. Our 26 foot Trail runner fit easily into spot 36. The campground is within a short drive to Sebago Lake State Park, the town of North Winndham and numerous outdoor activities. It was a little close to the road but given the early season, the noise wasn’t much of an issue. We’d definitely stay again.

We stayed on opening weekend to try out our new trailer. Reservation and check-in process was simple, and our site was nice. Site 2 is level and abuts the small pond. We had plenty of space between the front of our rig and the next site, and could have fit our tow vehicle and another vehicle if needed. WiFi was good. The kids enjoyed the small playground. I can't comment on the store and rec hall because they were closed due to COVID which we expected. Overall we enjoyed this small campground and will be back.

Our campsite was plenty wide and long enough for our 40 foot fifth wheel. A bit tight getting through the campground so I was glad it wasn’t crowded. Lots of trees and a cute little pond. We didn’t use the facilities so can’t comment on those. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring, ours had full hookups. I only wish it had a dog area!

We stayed at the end of the season. The guy that checked us in was very nice. The highway noise was very loud. The garbage dumpster was overflowing. We did not use the pump out because it was not convenient to access from our site. The drinking water was murky AFTER it went thru the filter we always use. Started to fill ice trays and after seeing it in the white tray, we quit using it altogether and used the small amount of water we had in our tank from our previous stop. So, all in all, not a good value for the cost. But it is convenient to Sabago lake, so there’s that.

ridiculously tight to maneuver around, and some very steep but short areas that make backing into a spot with anything other than a small travel trailer very difficult. person at the front desk called for an escort upon arrival but no one was available so I followed the highlighted directions on the map which was a mistake as it was the wrong way. had to go down another loop and then back into my loop and my site, and still needed people to move their vehicles (I don't consider myself the best at backing in but have plenty of experience and this one had me very frustrated). witnessed others going off the path over good size rocks, and scraping against trees to get into their spots.
mostly seasonal people here that have decent size sites but there are lots of overhanging and overgrown trees on most sites. campground is close to the lake but not walking distance.
They do have somewhat decent wifi which is about the only reason I gave 2 stars.

This is a great campground, particularly for families. Very clean and the showers are great. Pool and hot tub are well maintained. Sites are slightly closer together than we like but only by a bit. Owners were very nice and helpful.
