The Old St. Louis County Courthouse was built as a combination federal and state courthouse in St. Louis, Missouri
If nothing else go inside really quick and look up at the dome. I did not expect it to be so colorful and ornate! The ranger gave a great overview of the courthouse’s history and the Dred Scott case, and then we got to explore. It’s nice and quiet, and even though it’s hot inside they’re working on getting central air soon.
