Byrd & Barrel is a fast casual fried chicken restaurant. Our goal is to change the fast food game by offering locally sourced hand made food in a fast food environment. This place makes some stupid good chicken. Wings, fried chicken, Nashville-style hot, chicken skins, thighs, nuggets, it's all good. The menu gets adventurous (see the chicken liver bahn mi, fried chicken poutine, and hot dog-stuffed pickle sammie) but it's all good. The Mother Clucker is a favorite, as are the garlic beignets.
