Nestled in the Pisgah National Forest adjoining the Blue Ridge Parkway at Milepost 324.8, near Spruce Pine, NC.  Bear Den Mountain Resort & Campground guests love our lake/beach for swimming and fishing (no license required). For hikers, we have over 13 miles of trails for you to explore and a 50 foot Waterfall.  Let the kids bring their bicycles to Bear Den...we also have basketball, volleyball, table tennis, shuffleboard, horse shoe courts, playgrounds and a game room with pool tables, air hockey and arcade games. Never a dull day at Bear Den and everything for your enjoyment right here. We have cable TV in most of our fully-furnished cabins and free WiFi hotspots at 4 locations throughout the resort.  Bear Den's Trading Post has ice, drinks, firewood, souvenirs as well as food items, ice cream for your camping needs. We also carry a variety of gear for Camping, and other essentials.
