“start exploring Vermont here!”
Our Campground is quiet and peaceful, yet only minutes away from the convenience of downtown Springfield's stores and restaurants. Our individual campsites are spacious, private, and are surrounded by white pine trees, most being over 120 feet tall! We have a beautiful log cabin lodge common space with free hot showers and the cleanest restrooms in the business. We welcome both tents and recreational vehicles to our campground. Our RV sites have full water, electric, septic, cable and wifi hookup sites with many accommodating most size rigs from small pop-ups trailers to 35-40ft motor-homes. Enjoy many outdoor activities such as hunting, historic sightseeing, scenic drives, stargazing and wildlife viewing. Whether its for a night or two, we hope to see you soon!

Confirmed by 3 users | Last reported on August 26, 2022We stayed in September 2018. This is a family owned campground and the hosts were gracious and made us feel welcome from the time we arrived. Check-in was easy and they gave us a choice of sites to choose from. We chose a pull-thru site with full hook-ups, including cable. This campground is really in the woods although you drive through residential areas to get to it. It's an easy 5 minute ride to the town of Springfield.
Very rustic office with a nice selection of RV stuff, snacks and souvenirs. Bath houses are older and rustic, but were very clean. No laundry facilities- there are a few choices in town. WiFi was fine for checking email. Campground was quiet day and night, but this was late September. I think it would be a fun place in the summer, and probably more bustling. Many sites were seasonal rentals.
Location was good for exploring Windsor and Woodstock areas- a scenic 30-45 minute motorcycle ride. We loved visiting the American Precision Museum in Windsor, VT. For dinner one night, we rode over to the Sumner House in Charlestown, NH. We really enjoyed the hospitality, history, and dinner in an early 1800's judge's house.
Overall, we would stay here again. We would have stayed longer, but the sites are dirt and heavy rain was coming the day we left and we didn't want a mess.

Nice campground with lots of maple trees, spacious sights with full hookup including cable tv if you want it. $5 extra if you use your air conditioning. The hosts where very friendly and gave me one free bundle of wood because I am a veteran. Bathhouse closed due to Covid19. I would return anytime.

Excellent sites, good people and a great location to experience Vermont. The WiFi is spotty but we were able to make up for it with our phone hotspots. They are, at the time of this review, working to rectify the issues.
The price is great for what you are getting. Level, quiet and lovely surroundings, hiking trails and activities for the kids. This may be an annual destination.

If you are looking for a quiet campground with lots of trees in southern VT this is the place for you. Our campsite was spacious with full hook-ups.
The staff are very friendly. They escorted us to our campsite when we arrived and even delivered the firewood we bought at the store to our campsite.
The roads to get to the campground are hilly and curvy but the drive is well worth it.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Sites are spacious, heavily wooded and nicely separated with full 3 point hookups in most of them. Staff is tremendously friendly and helpful. To top it off the rates are some of the lowest I have seen in a private campground. The only drawback as I see it is that there isn’t a whole heck of a lot to do in the area but if you are looking for a GREAT place to kick back and relax for a week or two in Vermont this is the place.

We stayed in a travel trailer for 2 nights in site 16 which was a pull through. The campground is beautiful, quiet and peaceful with lots of trails right on site. We hiked with our dogs, got a run in and also biked to the Toonie Trail. The owners were super nice and helpful. If you can get a back in site here, they are the best for privacy that we like since we have two yellow labs. Wood on site but you have to go in town for ice. Sites were all dirt surface. Overall a great stay.

Very friendly staff at this park just outside Springfield. Very woodsy spots that can get a little muddy when it rains. Didn’t have much WiFi or cell signal, but close enough to Springfield that you can e-bike into town and go to the coffee shop if you need to work. No issues with water sewer or electric. It’s a bit of a walk to the dumpster and “dog park”, but no harm in getting a few extra steps in a day. Most fireflies I’ve ever seen!

Really nice accommodating folks run this camp. The sites are well situated among the giant pines. Restrooms are clean and stocked and the showers are very clean. Unfortunately, the site water taps all dispensed rusty water.
