The Dr. of BBQ is a member of the Kansas City BBQ Society and many other BBQ societies. Jack, the doctor, has much experience in BBQ and is also working on his certification for Master Judging in competitions with BBQ. Our delicious food is made with love. Personally hand trimmed slab of ribs, doused with our secret rub and then smoked until perfection. We have all sorts of BBQ and sides, some stop by and enjoy some delicious food!
