Welcome to Wilderness Ridge Farm, an exclusive West Virginia mountain cabin getaway. Summer 2013 is upon us. Our majestic hills are colorful green landscapes boasting the beautiful views that nature gives to those who choose to live and visit here. Down at the farm, we are bottle feeding new black angus babies. Chicks fill the barnyard. Residents for this year are horses, calves, piglets, ducklings, chicks and turkeys. Guests are welcomed by our fully furnished log lodge situated on the ridge with panoramic views of the family farm and the surrounding forest. Also available is the Williamsburg Suite. Located in the back of the main house, guests staying at the Suite can enjoy a continental breakfast for (2) included with their reservation. Visitors at Wilderness Ridge Farm are invited to plan their own activities, catch & release fishing and hiking are self guided. Facilities are available for group gatherings such as family reunions, etc. Barn tours are available for those who would like to meet the barn yard residents. Surrounded by the 11,772 acre Chief Cornstalk Wildlife Management Area, Wilderness Ridge Farm is also the perfect getaway for hiking, fishing,bird watching and simply relaxing in seclusion. Guests are free to hike the many acres of surrounding woodlands or fish in the 1/2 acre pond, a paddlewheel boat is available for visitors use May thru October. Your privacy is assured at Wilderness Ridge Farm.
