“Creative American bistro cuisine”
Why can't we have more places like Bros? Simple, creative menu, space with character that isn't HUGE, outdoor patio, good beer, good people, friendly local atmosphere. The downtown lacks good bistro spots. Bros Brasserie fills that void and brings a lot to the table. They've remodeled the old 334 space a bit. It seems much more open and has a more functional wine and beer bar, which the previous restaurants were never able to capitalize on.
