We had to be in Sioux Falls for business, and there are not a lot of options in that town. The rigs are packed in, and it was obvious that at least half the park is people living there long term. The RV park is right on the freeway. Not near, but right next to it. The other side is bounded by a very busy road too. And to add to all that, it's in the fight path as well.

I called last minute and the staff was very helpful in getting me a site especially when I wasn’t sure how long I would stay. The backin sites are back to back without a path between. There was plenty of space for my trailer and truck (about 40 ft). Asphalt space, mostly level, with grass surround. The individual services are set in a framed section with rock ground cover which meant all was clean. Picnic table at each site and a fire pit was supplied on request. WiFi and ATT coverage very good. Everyone staying in park was friendly and many are there for extended stays although not full time. (There is another section of the park that has full timers.) This park does not have an over abundance of pull-throughs but seems to be adding more. My site was far enough away from road that I heard very little noise. My cost was after my Good Sam 10% discount.

start with the good thing's. the wi-fi was great, water pressure was good, laundry/bathrooms were good and clean, access was good. the not good things, the people there (campers) were very stuck up, except for the 2 bike groups that came in while we were there, they were real nice people and all, our neighbor, he worked for a taring company or something, i knocked on his door my 1st day there and somebody opened the door a crack and shut it, when we took our dog for a walk, we would see him reading his book, i would wave and he would ignore me, no idea why, very rude and we find out that alot of people there were the same. we had trouble with the cable, i went up and asked the front office about it. talked to a kid, he said there will be somebody to come to ur campsite by the end of the day to fix it, they never showed up, we actually got it working but all channels were blurry, glad i had direct tv lol. the high way was right there and you could hear the cars and trucks all nite long, for a place so big you would think the front office would have been more friendly. i wouldn't stay there again cause of the front office and the full time people there and theres alot of them o yea when you come off the highway, you make a right turn, the park is right there but you cant make a left turn there, you have to go around the block or make a u-turn which most of us in big rigs cant do

First night there, the guy in the 5th wheel next to us started watching news on his OUTDOOR TV in 20 degree weather, volume loud enough for us to hear it in our coach with all windows closed, furnace running, etc. No exaggeration--it was probably colder than 20 degrees if you factor in the wind chill. Since the guy was obviously doing it to tick off his neighbors, we just asked management for another spot and they gladly accommodated us. The people in the office were generally very friendly and helpful. Some of the maintenance guys were friendly as well. Some were not.
Everything was fine until our checkout day. The maintenance guys apparently mow the leaves rather than rake them. Two guys on riding mowers did about 30 laps around our RV, narrowly missing our steps and electric cable, kicking up small rocks that clinked against our coach multiple times. You'd think they'd know we were leaving and could have mowed our site when we checked out not even two hours later.
Other than that, our stay was fine. The park is close to a freeway and a busy surface street, but the traffic provides white noise, which helps drown out typical RV park noises. Most of the people there were quiet and polite. Like almost every RV park, there seems to be a long-tenured group that doesn't like the short-termers for some reason. I guess they're jealous we'll be escaping to warmer weather whenever we feel like it.
The bathrooms were very clean. Good showers. They leave water hookups on during the winter--they have them wrapped up with insulation and heat tape. Convenient location to most of Sioux Falls area. Sites are far enough apart that you don't feel like you're on top of your neighbors.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful & the bath house was clean and centrally located.
If you are coming from the interstate, you'll need to make a U turn to get here or go farther down the busy highway, make a left into a business and come in from the other direction.
We reserved a pull through, site 112 and there was more than enough room. We just stayed here for the one night -a quick rest before getting back on the road. The park didn't seem near the airport on the map but we had airplanes taking off or landing at 5:30 AM the next morning. With the u-turn issue alone, I probably would not stay at this park again.

All the properties we look into, in this area, were expensive and on an the interstate...this property was no exception . We paid $50/night with Good Sam. Office staff was very nice and the property was well maintained however, the sites are poorly designed with some of the front pull through sites being a literal parking lot with hookups. Road noise is very loud and there's the added bonus of a local airfield being close by. Location and office staff are the reasons we would consider staying here again.

This is a city campground just off of the interstate. You can hear the traffic of the interstate and there are no breath taking views or placid lakes to go fishing at. That said, it was fairly ideal for what we needed. A place to stay and hook up at after the first of November. They answered the phone during the day and were very helpful and friendly. The campground was tidy and the utilities were in very good shape. Our spot was paved and level. A bit closer to our neighbors than we liked but for one night we couldn’t complain. Overall a good place to stay when you’re just passing through.

Reservation was done over the phone - and all of the items they said they were going to email me didn’t show up in my inbox until I called them later in the afternoon - with the exception of the wi-fi password. Site 18 was on our registration but it was occupied when we arrived.
Called the office and then the site Manager who said to park wherever we wanted and he shared where to locate the password. No cable at this time.
Okay for an overnite stop. Sites are level and clean.

In the area and definitely needed full hook ups. Easy access off I-29 (not too far from I-90). Called the day of for reservations, employee was super nice on the phone. If you follow the directions to the park on their website you will be able to make a right turn into the campground without making a U turn. Check in process was easy, and employee was very helpful. Campsite paved with a paved parking pad for your vehicle as well.
We chose a back in site because it was cheaper. Sites are a little odd that you back right up to your neighbor. Luckily the site was long enough and we still had about 5 feet behind us with some room to spare up front. We are a 37 foot class A. Also, the parking pad for the vehicle is not on the camp side, it’s on the opposite side of the RV. Nothing terrible about that, it’s just different.
There are quite a few long term residents, but sites are all very neat and they were friendly. We were in the South campground section which had a decent amount of space between sites. We also had grass and a picnic table. The west campground section which had more of the pull through as was more like a parking lot. So glad we went with the back in. I feel like it would’ve been a very different experience in the other sites. There was some airport & traffic noise, but not terrible. Location was great, would stay here again if I’m the area.

Made a reservation by phone and the young lady on phone was very nice along with answering all my questions. She gave me great directions along with information for the check in. I arrived and retrieved my check in information left in a glass case. After reviewing the map of the site, I went in to ask for a location closer to bath house. Without hesitation it was changed. Traveled along through their badly deteriorated driveway, I arrived at my site which is clearly marked. The site was on a decline, sewer sits highly above ground which made it impossible to empty my tank. The electrical connection along with the cable was all busted. Thank goodness I had an adapter to convert the 50 to 30. There was NO Wi-Fi. The office kept telling me that it was working! I settled in and waited for next day. There appears to be some homeless people living out of their commercial trailers. Numerous people living in a small trailer. Residents walking large dogs OFF LEASHES! I was afraid to exit my vehicle on day two. I talked to a surveyor while trying to unhook to get out of there, he was marking the ground to put in Cable/Wi-Fi! The bathhouse is dark and need some upgrading also. Didn’t feel safe, would not recommend . Would not return. Military airplanes rattling the air and ground. Close to traffic too.
