I was here during the Florence storm, it was a great place to hunker down. There’s a grocery store about 10 mins down the road and you have lake access, pontoon boat rentals, kayaks, laundry, a dog run, and a bar in the lake that’s open Thurs thru Sat nights. There were a number of seasonal rigs here without residents in them while I was here. All the sites have 50amp, 30amp, and water and sewer. The staff was very nice, and loaned me a ladder to get up on the roof of my rig. If the WiFi wasn’t as good as it was I would have been without any internet access as my Vz cell service was pretty thin.

Let me start off with a positive point. The young lady working in the office was very nice and informative and helped direct us into our site, the view overlooking the cove is nice and the deck bar was relaxing in the evening. Now the negative. $90 per night non refundable. When you make reservations you must provide the year of your trailer, make, etc, if you have an older trailer and/or truck you may not get in. The wifi totally sucks, could never connect, no cell service. The road into the sites are narrow along with the tight, tight sites. If you have trouble backing your rig DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT here. the roads in our one way with sites at an angle so tuff getting ou. All the rigs on level 2 are big 5th wheel rigs along with their trucks(at least two in each site) it is very tight to maneuver. I did see a negative review regarding backing in there but thought it cant be that bad”, well, it is and the picture on their web site is very misleading. Water pressure is terrible couldn't even take a shower in the RV.

Let me start by saying the employees couldn’t have been more nicer, organized, and on top of things. I had a great experience being greeted and assisted to our spot. I soon realized why they assist you getting in, like other posts have provided, it is very tight. If you have anything over 28’, you’ll have to take your time and be extra cautious. That doesn’t mean under 28’ is on the clear, when you pull in, your back in at an angle easier to set up (meaning you are not perpendicular to the road). However, when we arrived I assumed the same direction (leaving the angled camp site) would be the exit. Oh no, not at all. There’s one way in and one way out, I had to back our camper all the way up the road and hill to the entrance gate. I’ve attached some photos, take a look at the satellite imagery from the Google machine. The other photo is backing up the only road in or out to exit.
