“Slainte! Salute! Cheers!”
The Olde Saratoga Brewing Company in Saratoga Springs, NY, is the wholly owned subsidiary of Mendocino Brewing Company in Ukiah, California, and has been bringing you the highest quality, fresh, traditional, all malt craft-brewed lager and ales since 1997. Brewing the five legend ales, the Mendocino Brewing Company was established in 1983 as the first brew pub in California and the second in the USA. The Olde Saratoga Brewing Company now brews, bottles and kegs of these famous ales for the entire East Coast. In the year 2001, the Olde Saratoga Brewing Co. began brewing Kingfisher Premium Lager for the USA, joining three other countries worldwide who brew Kingfisher. Kingfisher Premium Lager is enjoyed in over 55 countries and is the world's #1 selling Indian beer. Olde Saratoga Brewing is the sole brewery for Kingfisher in the Northeast United States. Top on the list, however, is Master Brewer McErlean’s, fresh and delicious Saratoga Lager and Saratoga IPA brewed for the local region. The Saratoga Lager is a German/Austrian style Marzenbier, a reddish, coppery color with a full malt character, slightly sweet to the palate, and a lightly hopped finish. The Saratoga India Pale Ale (IPA) has a full citrus flavor using Cascade and Fuggles hops, along with a generous amount of Munich malt for that balanced flavor that makes Saratoga IPA so refreshingly delicious. Ask for these at our local pubs and restaurants. You can also get the full “brewery experience” by stopping into our Olde Saratoga Brewery Tasting Room. With a local staff, including six full time brewers, the Olde Saratoga Brewing Co. is the fourth largest brewery in New York State, and is a great place to visit and is very easy to find from anywhere (see directions). We thank you for your support of local businesses and local brews. Slainte! Salute! Cheers!
