Roswell Tea House

The Roswell Teahouse is a wellness teahouse. Chef/owner Carine Bourgeois is committed to prepare fresh food from scratch every day with the best possible ingredients using mostly organics.  We have items on our menu like "Beauty Booster Salad" loaded with omega-3 oils, vitamins and anti-oxidants that may make you look as good as your palate will feel.  During Spring and Summer we serve our ever popular refreshing"Green Apple Tuna Melt" OR  "Organic Salad with Housemade Chicken salad". Our latest creation: "Quinoa bowl with wild salmon" homemade with baby portobello's, red onions, peppers, edamame and spinach, tossed with fig/pomegranate vinaigrette. Healthy and delicious!
