Owner is less than friendly. Lady that manages the ground is amazing. Facility needs a lot of updates. Usually long term construction workers stay here.
This is a beautiful location. The facility is simple, but we had full hookups (50 amp). We had to do some leveling for our site, but we had afternoon shade. Most of the sites are full sun. That is a good trade-off for us. The area we stayed in was a large meadow used for concerts, with the sites around the perimeter. There is no Wi-Fi, no laundry, no extras at all. But for $25/night, it’s a good value. The staff was friendly and they are available if needed. Be prepared for the conditions: no check-in after 5 pm and no weekend arrivals. Cash only

Site Number: A33
Pros:
-There’s a good bit of green space for kids to play
-site was relatively level
-Quiet
Cons:
-Roads and sites are not very well maintained. It rained while we were there and it was a soupy muddy mess.
-Fire pits not really convenient to use. Ours was basically right behind the camper.
-Sites are very close together.
The campground is mostly “full-time” with contractors who are working at the local power plant so it has the feel of a mobile home community over a campground. However, the price seems fair for what it is.
