Scott's Addition is a district in Richmond, Virginia. It is bounded by Interstate 195, the former Richmond, Fredericksburg & Potomac Railroad, the Boulevard, and Broad Street. The former two serve as physical barriers, and as a result the district is somewhat geographically isolated. The district was historically predominantly industrial, though there are a few houses; though still primarily industrial, some of the structures are presently undergoing adaptive reuse. As a result of the surviving building stock, much of it from the early and mid 20th century, the district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
