“Richmond's Best Kept Secret”
The Pipeline walkway may be Richmond's best kept secret. Carrying storm water to a holding tank located beyond the Mayo Bridge it is capped by a metal catwalk. Walking on the catwalk over the pipeline you can view the Pipeline Rapids, Bailey’s Island and Devil’s Kitchen Island in the center of the James River.
