Hampton Inn & Suites Reno

Negative experience at this hotel. GM Joaquin Duran & staff disrespected and humiliated me and my party. We were kicked out of the hotel in the middle of the night with no reason or explanation justifying it. Had two kids of my own 10 and 14. The other two parties one had four kids under the age of 9. (3, 5,7,9) year old. And the other 2 (15,16) yr old. We were not refunded for the days we did not stay. We were told to go to our rooms at 10 pm while socializing in the lobby. GM was prejudice and thought we were with the group that so called harassed his staff, which was not true. He kept saying because I'm the GM when asked what's the reason of closing the lobby down that early. He called cops on us twice both nights with wrong information saying drunken riot so that they show up. Cops came no one was arrested because there was no riot and no one was drunk. This hire has immature children running it who are 17yrs old and don't know how to deal with customers. GM needs to be fired and have to write letters to my party apologizing about wrongfully judging and mistreating us with our children. We teach our children respect and they were there in Reno for their scholastic judo tournament. Mutual respect is what the coach teaches the children and as parents I don't know how I can explain to my children the treatment we got this past weekend. After having the cops show up where we were doing as we were told and our leader despite the fact that was innocent agreed to leave the hotel because the GM wanted him too and gave us with kids the 3 parties stay were called after midnight and were told to vacate is wrong. I request all my money back for the days I stayed and the amount that is taken out of my account on top of the cash amount I had paid for the 3 days. Also the amount of the hotel we went and stayed for the 2 nights that was owned by the same person Mr Patel.
