Confirmed by 4 users | Last reported on September 25, 2022This is one of those campgrounds where they try to pack as many campers as possible. The campground is near some very desirable beaches so it seems that it is primarily a seasonal campground. The sites are so cramped together, they have an excessive number of rules and the staff was downright unhelpful and unfriendly.

I managed to get a last minute reservation here during Memorial Day weekend. Its expensive, but comparable in price to the others I researched. I had originally booked a site meant for pop-ups (because everything was booked) and I was moved to their "mistake spot" for just $7 more a night. This spot is across from the pool and music pavilion, where I was treated to 3 hours of karaoke the first night. I laughed at two young boys singing DJ Snake's "Turn down for what" and heard the ABCs twice. There is a playground and basketball court here too...this place would have been fun when I was a kid.
As a previous reviewer said, the sites are cramped. There are many permanently-parked trailers here as well, and park models/manufactured homes. I was excited to see that all the washers and dryers worked in the laundry facility. The staff seemed friendly...giving me directions to the beach that allows dogs. They also helped me back-in to my site, as my backing skills are still developing and I'm solo. There are lots of businesses and traffic on the main road nearby...to the point where I would call it over-developed. One perk about this park is that it has a bus-stop for those people who don't have a toad or tow vehicle, or deal with finding parking down at the beach.

So the location is great and if you are the type of campers that we are when we go to the beach, this is a decent place to lay your head at night. If you are the type of campers that like to hang around the campground (like we do at other places) you may want to look elsewhere. Not a ton to do there. The pool is nice, but it fills up quick and isn’t very relaxing.
As I said, the location is great. It’s close to everything. Quick rides to the Rehoboth boardwalk or even The Lewes Beach. If you want to shoot to the outlets you are only minutes away.
The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. We didn’t really use the wifi but the paper that gave information said to use it “at your own risk”. Not sure what that meant but we have Verizon and the service was great. No issues steaming, had great signal.

The staff is super friendly and helpfull. We came at the end of the season so it was not crowded and we missed much of the normal summer activities but it was quiet and the weather was cool, just the way we ike we like it. We have been coming to Rehoboth for years and mid summer gets hot. There are many seasonal 5th wheel and older campers here and I can see why, it is very close to downtown Rehoboth. There is also a section of the traditional Rehoboth single-wide mobile homes. I think the only thing I didn't like is the cash only rule for everything, they don't accept credit cards so be prepared to have some cash with you.
