Halley Park is located at the north end of West Boulevard at Main and St. Joseph Streets, 1515 West Boulevard. The park consists of 4 acres and includes the site of an historic building that originally housed the Sioux Indian Museum and the Minnelusa Historical Pioneer Collection. The artifacts from the Indian Museum and Pioneer Collection are currently on exhibit at the Journey Museum. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Halley Park is also home to beautiful formal gardens, rose grdens, a Veteran's Memorial and the historic "Pap Madison" cabin.
