We boondocked for a few days and needed a place to dump our tanks. We paid $5 for dump and filled our fresh water tanks. We never stayed a night but we heard it is $30 per night for full hook ups. Decent amount of shade but the sites are close together.

Arrived around 7pm on Labor Day (9/6/21). We were on the board but no one was around despite the office label saying it has someone there 7am-7pm. Showers and bathrooms were unusable due to a code being required. Nothing left in a after hours area for us or on the receipt. The pull throughs are actually a way to pull through into the site, but require you to unhook so you are not sticking out onto the side walk. Train comes through the area every 4 hours or so. Plan on leaving in the morning before 7:30am, but would not stay again.
Some hard data around connectivity for those digital nomads looking for a place they might stop and use. interested.

Check in process was easy and smooth! Grass was a nice, soft, and flat area to put a tent. However, the grass “field” was a very small patch of grass right beside the sidewalk and the main road. You are not camping in nature, more in the middle of a town, but it just depends on what you want. Not too much traffic goes by but you’ll definitely be able to hear it at night/in the morning. Trains go by occasionally but they aren’t too loud. Showers and bathrooms were very clean and easy to use. Super cute coffee/breakfast cafe right within the campgrounds. Kind of expensive for breakfast but delicious - fyi only open 7am-2pm Wednesday-Sunday. Overall great experience just a little loud with being beside the road. Would camp here again!

I arrived so late, unfortunately my spot was taken, but the next one to it was open same features so I was able to accommodate on that one. I had full hook ups, easy check in, great food, clean place, beautiful snow. If you Olán long term, plan to skirt because it is COLD. The food on their restaurant is AMAZING. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Lazy R for one night, it is a simple campground with all the necessary facilities with very friendly manager and out of this world bakery and coffee shop. You should not miss it. Their mixed berry scones and warm fresh cinnamon rolls are to die for!!! Thanks Melissa for making us right at home!!
