Chef and co-proprietor Chris Gould left Boston's lauded Uni Sashimi Bar at Clio to open a solo venture in his home state. The tapas-style menu celebrates both land and sea, with spicy beef salad, Maine fried oysters and green garlic gazpacho. Foie gras lovers, take note of the Hudson Valley slice garnished with rose hips, millet granola and Buddha's hand (a fragrant multi-fingered Asian citrus).
