Cedar Crest Lodge

If I could give this B & B 100 stars I would. The experience was magnificent. The attention to detail of our room (Wine Country Suite) far surpasses our expectations. There are beautiful flowers planted along the walkway to the front door. The room is well appointed. Beautiful decor. The bed linens were first rate, like butter. There was a nice size refrigerator, the freezer had a bag of ice, what a nice touch. There was a water cooler to refill bottles with a hot button for tea. The two person shower with steam was a wonderful experience. The patio was furnished with a nice table and two chair. Cute string of lights for night time and an overhead fan. The sky was FULL of stars at night, we could see the Milky way. The patio overlooks the pool. We spent quite a bit of time on the patio. The were three friendly cats and a great dog that stopped in for a visit. The walking trails are well thought out. For dinner we had the Beef Tenderloin, it was so tender you did not need a fork and the flavor was amazing. The fresh garden salad was delicious. The breakfast each morning also delicious. One morning we had frittata and delicious bacon. Next day fruit filled pancakes and sausage.

We did not want to leave! I hope someday our travels bring us back to Pleasanton, we would love to spend more time at Cedar Crest.
