Farm Island Recreation Area

Stayed first 2 weeks in August at this Great open park with electric at each site, and water available at the dump station. Right on Mirror lake, we swam and rode our bikes on the many miles of trails. There are 2 campgrounds, one having larger trees and more shade. We stayed in site 35 which backed up to the lake, then moved to 60 when we extended. We have a 40’ fiver and both sites accommodated our rig.
My only issue is that when you pay for camping @ $26/night the park entrance fee would be added at $6.00 a day, so you have to purchase an annual pass for $36. Seems this fee should be waived if you’re paying to camp.
