Owner Ellen Yin has kept her restaurant relevant for 15 years through a series of chef and concept shifts, the most recent of which brought chef Eli Kulp, formerly of New York's Torrisi Italian Specialties, to the helm. The menu looks a bit scattershot at first, but strong taste sensibilities and polished service unite almost any combination of dishes into a cohesive fine dining experience.
