New Vines B&B

Dani & Todd Eichas are parents of 2 daughters and 2 sons, and are also proud grandparents. They have traveled an interesting path leading to ownership of New Vines B & B. Dani was a stay-at-home mom for 18 years raising their children. Much of her hostess experience comes from organizing family birthdays, baptisms, graduations, and weddings. She worked the last 10 years in Event Planning and Accounting, and looks forward to getting back to working at home. Although Todd has roots in farming, he spent 30 years working in industry as an Electrician and a Training Manager. He is a hobbyist wine maker, and plans on growing grapes, along with an extensive fruit and vegetable garden. Both Dani and Todd are excited about the opportunity to share their new home with guests from around the world.  The name "New Vines" is fitting for a number of reasons.  First the B&B is located in the heart of Finger Lakes wine country.  There are 6 wineries within two miles, and over 50 wineries within an hour drive.  With the exploding popularity of Finger Lakes wine, many wineries are expanding their vineyards.  You will see many new plantings in the immediate area, as well as on the premises. The name also signifies a different approach to the Bed & Breakfast industry.  New Vines B&B was built in 2007, and is a state of the art home custom built to be a Bed and Breakfast.  Your stay will be in a spacious, modern layout that will provide the ultimate in comfort and convenience.  The home is Energy Star rated, and is equipped with the latest in energy saving appliances, lighting, heating, cooling, and insulation.     The appeal of staying in a "new" place is universal, and we feel you're going to LOVE IT!!!
