Ashby Inn & Restaurant

At The Ashby, the dining experience is made up of equal parts cuisine, libations, service and place. Guests of The Ashby Restaurant are treated to a meal that offers the creative, progressive, farm to table food of Chef Tarver King, a range wines, beers and spirits from our backyard and around the world, and genuine hospitality all of which is set against the bountiful backdrop of the Blue Ridge. A charming respite from the conformity of many of today’s travel options, The Ashby Inn has ten rooms, each distinctive in size and décor. Six rooms are found in the main house, in which the restaurant is also located. In an adjacent building to the West, four more rooms make up The School House.
