Off the main road. Full hookups. Laundry $2.00 for wash. $1.50 to dry. Stayed here on our way to Anchorage. Basically to do laundry and dump. Owner very nice.

This could be a great park with just a few upgrades. It's just out of town enough to be quiet, there is lots of nice grass, the laundry was adequate, and the private bath/shower rooms are great. But,.. the wifi is non-existent, the buildings need paint, the sites are close together, the sewer connections aren't threaded, there are lots of long-term guests with grass growing a foot high around their RVs, and the bath house needs better ventilation.
