Located in Wasilla, Alaska: Big Bear RV Park is family owned and operated. Our clean and friendly campground has much to offer the Alaskan traveler. Centrally located in the heart of the Mat-Su Valley just a few miles from both the cities of Palmer and Wasilla (and only 40 miles from Anchorage), it is a good place to explore many different areas and set out on day trips. Our park is a destination-must for visitors to the area, and locals who wish to get out and explore their backyards!

Nice clean campground in convenient location. Supersites have a nice grass strip between sites and is quiet. Site is gravel. Rate is for a supersite with Good Sam discount. Full hookups, water/electric, tents OK, laundry and showers (didn't use or check them out), 2 miles from Walmart Supercenter. Would stay again because there aren't many other options.

We needed a camp spot last minute and they were very accommodating. We got a pull through at short notice and our stay was great. I’ve attached a map of the campground.
