The road driving up to this place was somewhat creepy. There were tents/campers, old boats and hot tubs and somewhat looked like a junk yard pulling in. An older man approached us rather angrily, until we calmed him down telling him we'd just found this place on our travel site and it was on our route. So it's primarily a dive site. There is swimming, but you have to pay and sign a waiver cause quarries are deep and I guess somebody had drowned there before. It sounded like he was worried about a lawsuit. He complained about politics.
This wouldn't be a good place for children, and unless your adventurous or a diver I'd not recommend going here.
