whatSUP fitness specializes in Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) coaching and personal training. Our trainer is a PaddlFit Level 2 Certified Coach and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with more than 5 years experience. We currently offer beginner-level basic paddle board classes, private intermediate SUP technique coaching, and SUP fitness classes at the Wind and Water Learning Center.
