This was our 2nd time coming to this park. When we went in the Summer people were wading/swimming in the river and jumping off the rocks near the falls. This time, it was Fall (late October,) and the water was up and running fast! There was even a giant log flowing fast that went over the falls. There was a guy fishing on the rocks. Different people were hiking, and at least 3 couples were walking dogs. I would caution hiking/stepping on the rocks as the wet leaves and moss can be slippery. Parking is limited, and even though the road down to it is supposed to be two lanes, there's not a lot of room. It was much busier in the Summer than in the Fall. This is a nice place to visit if you like the outdoors.
