Stayed at Paradise Park for our very first trip with our brand new Rockwood Mini Lite 2509S. Loved every minute of it!!! The site was number #245 (full hookups) , all the way at the end in a seclude and very quiet area. Cell reception was not great but there is nothing they can do about that!!! The location is within a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk at Old Orchard Beach, which is amazing!!! Ran out of gas at the last exit on I-195, I think!!! It took me an hour to get gas and got there at around 9:30 pm, sorry to everyone else around!!! The management and security were beyond accommodating, we called and let them know about our "issue" they were beyond understanding and receptive!!! The bathrooms, the pools, the play areas, were beyond clean and nice. Being on the the "last" (Labor Day) summer weekend we were lucky to get a spot and did not regret anything at all. Would stay here anytime of the year!!!

First off - our rate posted includes tax.
As for the campground, this has all kinds of amenities and definitely is catering to families and people wanting access the beach. The grounds have ponds, swimming pool, playground, sport courts, etc. They run shuttles to the beach, which is a real nice perk. The walk isn't too bad into town and the beach.
This is a mix of RV sites, tent sites and park style trailers which have ownership by individuals. It is well maintained and they do seem to keep on top of things.
Some of the RV sites at the front are crazy tight. For me, not something I would want. Our site was further back with nice size and was fairly private.
