Confirmed by 1 users | Last reported on May 15, 2023We arrived late, but security was still on site and was expecting us. Showed us to our spot and even helped us with backing in. Site had full hook ups and the pad sites are concrete and nearly level. With little work, we were set up and ready to camp inside of 30min. The views are spectacular as we could see the lake and cliffs from our window. Rented a fire pit and enjoyed the cool fall evenings by the camp fire. Just a short trip to blue eye (where you’ll find the best Pizza and Stromboli’s the Ozarks has to offer) and about 40 minutes from camp and your in Downtown Branson MO. They offer guest WiFi which was very slow. However we used our AT&T hot spot and our family of four (with two teenagers) were surfing quite nicely at just two bars of 4g-lte.
We would definitely stay again.

This is a great RV resort with large sites and beautiful views of Table Rock Lake. The staff are extremely nice and happy to help with anything you might need. Verizon LTE is a solid 4 bars, but the free WIFI is a little slow.
This is one of the nicest places we have stayed.

Ozark RV Resort is an owner/HOA park but they have a staff that rents out lots and maintains the property. The pros are; the view, staff very nice, very quiet and the owners there said it's really only busy on weekends and holidays, access to the lower end of Table Rock Lake is easy, sites are large and big rig friendly. Laundry facility was clean and easy to use. This resort was very isolated; 30 minitues from Branson and most every other small town. The cons are the cost, during our visit the pool was broken and the large man made stream down the middle of the park, which looked amazing, was also broken. There was a beautiful club house that renters can't use along with a second very large, and then broken pool also not open to renters. 3 pickle ball courts and 1 tennis court in moderate condition. This all lowered the "resort" feel. Finally, the price was high for the condition and lack of amenities.

I am not afraid to pay a luxury price for beautiful views and upscale amenities. But, I don’t think this resort delivers on the cost it charges. There are a lot of rules. A lot. I actually like rules and am a bit of a goody goody but sheesh - some of the rules were oppressive. It constantly felt like you were being watched by the roving security, and the large birds on-site were very aggressive and numerous. WiFi was nonexistent, which was surprising given the cost, and the location was close to nothing. Just overall not super impressed.

Beautiful park, nice people. Didn’t expect they wouldn’t have WiFi that worked. I did expect poor or lack of cell coverage but without WiFi working remotely while here is nearly impossible.

Overall, we had a good experience here. There are several positives about the campground: 1) our view on the lake was awesome, 2) we prefer concrete pads as Ozarks had along with a nice concrete patio, allowing us to keep our coach relatively clean, 3)staff was friendly. The negatives: 1)The amenities do not reflect a "luxury resort" as portrayed. The bathhouse was in good shape but the pool is small. The hot tub was not working. The golf course is no longer operational and the activity center is basic with sketchy construction. 2)The cell service was practically non-existent and the wi-fi was not reliable. Even with a booster, we could not make/receive phone calls most of the week. I don't mind paying a bit more for a nicer resort but these negatives, especially the lack of ability to communicate/work hurt my rating greatly.

This resort is great and worth a visit! We stayed the first time in Oct/Nov 2022 and before we left, we had a lot under contract. For those that have experienced the resort previous to this year, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised that the new HOA Board has taken a sincere interest in improving the wifi and other policies and amenities. Arrival here is easy, if the office is open they will be waiting for you with a welcome packet and an escort to your site. If you arrive outside of office hours, security will have information for you and escort you to your site (within certain hours.) If it's the wee hours when you arrive, you have a great place to park and rest up until morning. Be sure to call and find out the best route to come. The roads here in the Ozarks are squirrely and GPS is not your best friend. Best route is from Highway 65, to 86, through Blue Eye to 311 to the Resort turn off. If internet is critical to you, you may want to bring your own. We find T-Mobile works well for us here. Go through the website policies and booking information and ask all the questions before you come. Bring your swimsuit, your binoculars for wildlife viewing, perhaps a fishing pole and come have some fun at the lake! Oh, also come prepared to explore nearby attractions... too many to list!

We stayed for a couple nights to break up a cross-county trip, but would have loved to stay longer! Our lakefront site was level with amazing views. Some spaces have patios, fire pits, etc. The pool and hot tub were great (and empty every time we visited!) Visitor bathhouse wasn’t fancy but was clean. Fenced dog park is far away, but the disc golf course trail was great for walking. Everything was landscaped beautifully. Wifi was good enough to stream and host a Zoom call. There’s a marina and it was great to sit and watch the boats go by. Overall, a really quiet, peaceful campground with nice touches—well-worth the $125 for us.

Ownership park 30 min. from Branson MO on a country winding road. 50 min. from Eureka Springs. paved level full hookup spots, majority of the spots have a lake view. Scenery is beautiful. Golf course is unkept. Pool is ok. Can rent fire pits and golf carts. Pickle Ball & tennis courts. Staff is very helpful & friendly.
